Nokia and Rheinmetall subsidiary blackned GmbH are teaming up to build a new kind of battlefield network for German forces: fast, mobile, and ready to deploy.
The duo is combining Nokia’s 5G tech with blackned’s software-based systems to create secure, high-performance communications for troops in the field.
The setup is meant to boost situational awareness, speed up decision-making, and keep units better connected across complex operations.
