Navy Training Systems Centre-West building at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia. *** Local Caption *** The new Navy Training Systems Centre - West (NTSC-W) was officially opened on Wednesday, May 15 at HMAS Stirling, WA. The new training building will provide students based in the west with access to specialist and simulated systems training facilities without having to travel to the east coast. The NTSC-W opening was attended by Commodore Training, John Stavridis, CSC, RAN, who unveiled the official plaque and Commanding Officer HMAS Stirling, Captain Ken Burleigh, ADC, RAN.
