An Australian Army CH-47F Chinook helicopter from the 5th Aviation Regiment taxis through a water arch to celebrate Boeing Aircrewman Instructor, Andrew Fieldhouse as he completes a final flight in the CH-47 Chinook at RAAF Base Townsville, Queensland. *** Local Caption *** On 29 June 2022, before his retirement former Australian Army and now Boeing Aircrewman Instructor, Andrew Fieldhouse took one last flight in a 5th Aviation Regiment Chinook helicopter. In recognition of his years of service, the Townsville Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting team provided a Water Arch Salute where he was greeted by well-wishers to mark the final flight. Andrew Fieldhouse served a total of 40 years of which 30 were served with the Army Aviation capability.
