China and Russia to Hold Joint Naval Drills

Chinese naval vessels set sail this weekend to participate in joint maneuvers with the Russian military, Chinese defense authorities said.

Members of multiple special operations units participated with allies and partners from 18 nations in the Ridge Runner Irregular Warfare Exercise 23-01, held throughout West Virginia, from May 27 to June 17 Ridge Runner is a dynamic and realistic exercise platform for the United States Special Operations Command and community of interest allies and partners that enables participants to train on mission essential tasks and assess and validate readiness while enhancing the nation's strategic irregular warfare capabilities.
