UK Gives Defense Firms Access to Ukraine Battlefield Data for Drone Swarm AI

British defense companies are getting access to a massive dataset built from Ukraine’s battlefield to develop AI models for autonomous drone swarms.

The data comes from Ukraine’s Avengers AI Labs, which has collected imagery and video from uncrewed aerial systems using daylight and thermal sensors.

The database contains more than 6 million detections of battlefield objects, including tanks, artillery, air defense systems, infantry, and drones.
