Ukraine is giving military planners a new AI tool that can sift through battlefield data, spot patterns, and assess what the enemy might do next.
Called SPECTR, the platform is being developed by the Defense AI Center A1 under Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence. Several combat units are already testing the system.
Danylo Tsvok, head of the Defense AI Center A1, described SPECTR as an “operating system for warfighting” that can help the military choose courses of action and anticipate how a battle could unfold.
