Israeli firm Gilat Satellite Networks is aiming to help satellite communication links withstand interference that can degrade data transmission, a growing concern as military operations increasingly depend on resilient communications.
During a demonstration, the company showed how its new AI-based technology handled a range of unpredictable conditions, including signals that changed over time and originated from uncooperative sources.
Initial results indicated that the platform could improve noise detection and suppression by up to 10 times compared with conventional methods.
