Virginia-based tech company V2X has received a $3.7-billion task order to support the global Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) of the US Army.
The five-year deal will focus on bolstering “full spectrum readiness” for all personnel and units across the service by covering the international Training Aids, Devices, Simulations, and Simulators Program of Record, which guides recruits in completing proficiency efforts in the army.
The agreement will encompass support in general sustainment, synthetic training environment maintenance, test & evaluation, training and warehouse operations centers, live, virtual constructive mission command, instructor/operator, foreign military sales, exercise, network, range, and leader training programs.

‘Commitment’ to US Warfighters
Before the latest contract, V2X engaged in similar projects for two of four US Army Combat Training Centers, including the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California, and the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Germany.
The firm also accepted an award in January 2024 to assist the service’s Central Command mission in Kuwait.
Alongside warfighter preparations, V2X also provides solutions for other US Department of Defense projects related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear or CBRN missions, naval strike and amphibious intelligence systems, as well as battlefield communication networks.
