Elbit Systems has secured two contracts worth $200 million total to provide a European country with Command, Control, Communication, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) solutions.
The C4Is will be integrated with the customer’s artillery battalions and a Hostile Fire Counterattack (HFCA) platform once delivered.
Work for the contracts will run until 2026 and include additional options for extensions.
The C41 ordered under the contracts include Elbit’s E-Lynx mobile tactical radios and TORCH-X Fire digitized command and control applications.
Four battalions of 155-millimeter howitzer guns will receive the package to bolster the customer’s weapon systems capability.
The country’s HFCA solution, used for detecting and neutralizing enemy fire sources, will be aided by the C4I solution to completely close an adversary’s operational cycle.
“We are honored by the trust placed in us and our products once again and will continue with our commitment to grow and expand our local know-how and capabilities in support of our customers,” Elbit Systems CEO and President Bezhalel Machlis stated.
“Elbit systems’ solutions increase operational effectiveness and allow our customers to better utilize their fire power, while increasing their accuracy and lethality.”
“These contracts validate the technological and operational advantages offered by our solutions.”
