The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine claims that roughly 116,000 Russian troops have been killed since the invasion began.

The number includes more than 700 enemy soldiers killed in the past few days, according to a social media post.

The statistics were released amid Kyiv’s ongoing counter-offensives, particularly in the eastern Donetsk region.

Western arms supplies continue to arrive in Ukraine to support its objective of pushing Russian troops out of the country.

Russian Equipment Losses

Russia has also reportedly suffered heavy equipment losses due to its deployment in Ukraine.

The General Staff revealed that a total of 3,118 tanks and 2,099 artillery systems have been destroyed.

More than 6,000 armored fighting vehicles, 438 multiple launch rocket systems, and 220 anti-aircraft warfare systems have also been neutralized.

Ukraine has also eliminated 286 aircraft, 276 helicopters, and 1,872 drones — some believed to be supplied by Iran.

Almost 800 enemy cruise missiles were also shot down during the invasion.
